Steel piers are double walled segmented pilings that are hydraulically pressed similar to concrete pressed pilings. The system in general is 4” in diameter at a half inch thick.
Drilled Bell Piers
Drilled piers are generally a 12” in diameter shaft drilled to a depth of 10 to 12 feet, or to rock. Drilled piers work well for older foundations and lighter structures.
Concrete piers are the most common system in foundation repair. It is a segmented system that is hydraulically pressed into the ground using the weight of the structure to apply pressure.
Soil stabilization refers to the process of changing soil properties to improve strength and durability.
Drainage for your home is one of the key factors for foundation success and is often over looked. Proper drainage is the best defense against future foundation problems.
Wall anchors are plates of galvanized steel that extend from your foundation or basement wall into areas of stable soil to securely “lock” the wall in place.
I was not sure how to go about this, so I contact a number of foundation repair firms to provide a free assessment. Out of the 9 that reviewed my foundation issue, Jose and his company provided the best assesment of my foundation problems. It wasn’t so much the cost, but the way he talked to me about our foundational problems. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Texpro Foundation is a pleasure to deal with. I knew what my foundation problem would be costing me and I wanted a company who knew what all could be causing my foundation issue. After talking with Jose, I felt at ease about my decision to go with his company and I’d recommend them again.
I settled on Texpro Foundation repair because it just seemed like they had a reputation to protect. The work was done well in within my budget. I’m happy.
