Steel Piers
Steel piers are double walled segmented pilings that are hydraulically pressed similar to concrete pressed pilings. The system in general is 4” in diameter at a half inch thick.
Drilled Bell Piers
Drilled piers are generally a 12” in diameter shaft drilled to a depth of 10 to 12 feet, or to rock. Drilled piers work well for older foundations and lighter structures.
Pressed Pilings
Concrete piers are the most common system in foundation repair. It is a segmented system that is hydraulically pressed into the ground using the weight of the structure to apply pressure.

Soil stabilization refers to the process of changing soil properties to improve strength and durability.

Drainage for your home is one of the key factors for foundation success and is often over looked. Proper drainage is the best defense against future foundation problems.
Wall Anchoring
Wall anchors are plates of galvanized steel that extend from your foundation or basement wall into areas of stable soil to securely “lock” the wall in place.
